Europe-Taiwan Biotech Association (ETBA) is a Swiss-based non-profit association and takes data privacy seriously. We collect personal data that you provide voluntarily when you engage with our service, for example, (a) communicating with us through e-mail, the contact form, Facebook or other communication channels; (b) registering as a member of ETBA; (c) updating your profile and other member account details; (d) signing up and/or ordering the ticket for an event; (e)completing any forms provided to you at our Events; (f) ‘following’, ‘liking’, post to or interacting with our social media accounts, including Facebook and LinkedIn.

When you use our services, we may automatically collect certain information that you provide. We do not use tracking technologies to collect any other information.

We may obtain information about you from third-party sources, such as public databases, social media platforms and third-party data providers.

You may contact us directly at any time about accessing, correcting, updating or deleting your Personal Data by emailing to contact@etba.ch. For ETBA member, you can access, correct, update and delete your Personal Data on member.etba.ch.

For instance, cookies help us process the items in your shopping cart.  The validity of the cookies is 30 days and after 30 days of you giving consent, you are required to consent the use of cookies in order to enjoy the full services.
